Why does NOED trigger

When the gens are done and a killer hits an injured survivor, everyone gets notified the killer has NOED if they are running it. I don't remember this being a thing.

    Most recent update changed to alert survivors of status effects when they are applied for the first time. So NOED applies the exposed status which gets shown to everyone now even if you hit an injured survivor.

    I think it used to be ninja and you wouldn't know for sure until someone healthy was downed but it makes sense to alert everyone to the exposed. Just more consistent.

    It's been like it is now for years, when tiers 1 and 2 didn't provide an instadown, it would tell everyone that they were cursed. When using tier 3 it would tell everyone they were cursed and exposed, like it does now.
