Gen rushing is the objective. The problem is gen repair speeds. I don't think any killers are op atm; most of them need buffs or reworks. Then again I'm not a survivor main. There's always sweaty survivors who lose their pea brains every time something doesn't go their way. #notallsurvivorspleasedontkillme

But none of what you guys said disprove me. Every killer can be countered by gen rushing.
First of all, I didn't specify what I mean by gen rushing.
Second, people have been screaming for longer gen time for years now, the devs done nothing about it now, they never will.
Do you guys thing that your concept of tunneling and camping MIGHT, at least a little bit, be screwed up? Because the killer decided to say for a few seconds by the hook to check for survivors isn't camping, and the killer going after an injured survivor over a healthy survivor isn't tunneling either.
But whatever, cancel culture is a thing because people like to act smart about things they don't have any idea about (not saying i'm better, or over it).

Both sides realize what makes their chances of winning higher.

Good way too put words in his mouth. Doing the objective and gen rushing are two different things. Gen rushing means the game lasted 5 mins.
This video Tru3 made shows gen rushing. 5 gens done in 4 mins even when the killer played well, he made 1 mistake and lost the entire game. How on earth is this fair?

So you clearly didn't watch the video, otherwise you would of known he was playing survivor that match.
And if you honestly think making 1 mistake is worth 5 gens then you are an incredibly entitled survivor main.

I'd say the real problem of this game is the bad map design

To survivors that say Killer is OP, etc etc. You have DS, BT, MOM (revived!), Exhaustion perks, etc. It's literally near impossible to kill everyone or maybe anyone if you play optimally. Also, god loops, pallets and Infinites.

Idk I'm a surv main and when I play killer I usually get 3-4k's so that's gotta say something? Tbh tunneling is fine, but camping is busy league... Gen rushing is the objective of the game... Killers should have better gen control, then you won't be rushed.. ie. Patrol all gens, but identify the 3 gen scenarios and try and force those situations on survivors...
If you don't adapt to the survivors tactics as a killer then don't complain... Killer is incredibly easy

I'm looking at it on both sides. i consider it gen rushing if the game ends in 6-7 minutes (that may not sound like gen rushing, but in a normal match, that's like a blink of an eye!) And what comes out of it? A killer that lost miserably with little bps, and survivors having a very boring game with little bps.
But what ever you think of this, i'm happy we are at least trying to be civil about it, instead of childish bickering(for the most part).

How is that gen rushing? A single survivor, with nothing boosting their repair speed, can finish all the gens in 6:40 excluding travel time. If the killer can't stop them. That's on them. Now if you mean 4 toolboxes. Yeah, that's gen rushing.

I hated the old 99 meta, I like this better, although I miss the thrill of finishing a gen and having the killer bee-line over, back when it was thrilling and scary to decide if you should complete it or not.
I'm still trash at chases, but I play killer sometimes too, and the way people can evade even a single hit for such a long time is kind of silly. Both sides have gripes and problems, it's not just one.
