1.Silence is golden (when beside the killer your heart rate lowers, making harder to be detected)
2.vison pulse (being able to know the killers location for a few seconds at the start of the game)

None, to be honest.
The ability to see the aura of a hex perk at the start? That is unbelievably broken. Unfun for the killer, but even easier mode for the survivor.
Killer footprints... unless they fade over time, pointless.
No idea what you mean by those last two though.

You mean Object? That's a survivor perk. They can't see the survivor unless they look at the killer outside the TR... it's a risk/reward perk.
