This was pure horror but in the end i finally got it.

Yes...Adept should be a challange but it is just unfair compared what a survivor has to do. (and absolute unpleasant in redranks)

I've spent 2 days on purple ranks.The hardest part wasn't just 4k or merciless killer necessity.for me. I am used to playing as killer with certain perk builts. Like either they should help me track survivors, or pressure gens, something useful. But Oni has absolutely zero useful perk, so it was quiet challenging for me.

I could not remember in one case in which those perks had a major impact on the Game. And the problem aren’t the perks in my opinion, but to get enough points/time to even pip. red/purple Ranks Survivors know how to waste time and the gens popping left and right before u even could strike the first Hit.

I only go for adepts after rank reset when I'm around like rank 12 or 13, and i usually wait a week for the really good survivors to rank back up where they belong (I play survivor more than killer so my killer rank is usually pretty low to begin with).

@RakimSockem As far as i know they will nerf rank-resets, so waiting is no longer an option anymore. But In the past, i did the same and switched to Survivor until most of the strong teams are gone. 😅

For Trapper: Backwater Swamp. Use the Iridescent Stone and the Honing Stone. Make sure you Slug and grab with R1 out of traps.
For Billy: Auto Wreakers with Tunning Guide and the Green Cool Down addon. Slug a ton literally a ton. Make sure you back rev if your not good with Billy.
For Leatherface: Haddonfield or Springwood with Beast Mark's and the Tunning Guide. Same as Billy. Except Beast Mark's makes you faster with chainsaw while you rev it up. This helps
Someone could probably help better this was my experience though with the adepts. Reason for 2 maps in Leatherface was I almost adepted on Springwood, but one guy Keyed out leaving me 1 point off. Haddonfield I used the long fences for the saw downs.
