If you are the guy being camped you clearly have no skill either to be caught by a killer that has no skill?

People reward these killers by body bombing the hook and giving him what he wants. Do generators and I'll keep smashing on struggle, T-bag the man at exit gates for me.

One thing I loved about F13th.
Killers dumb enough to tunnel would easily get punished by me.
In this game, you really rely on RNG and a piece of wood. It really doesn't take much skill to catch someone, unfortunately.

Having played both Killer and Survivor, I'm amazed that people complain about camping but choose not to punish it. Some will even badmouth you if you choose not to go for a suicidal basement save after the exit gates are open and the Killer is clearly camping.

I think people who got camped deserves to complain about it at least. It's not fun for the one getting camped but I'm also annoyed that this plays made by the killer is getting rewarded by the rest of the survivors. Like I'm just face palming at how many times I have lost matches where there was one or two generators left but survivors tackled the camping scenario so poorly and ended with the killer getting a 4K and this in or near red ranks.

It’s also not fun playing a killer that isn’t Nurse, Spirit or Freddy, have no slowdown perks or decent map pressure and have 3 gens pop in 4 minutes. Sometimes the only thing a killer can do when there is one or two gens left is to camp.
Even if killers didn’t camp, survivors will still find something to complain about.
If I’m playing Ghostface, I’ll camp a little in the beginning of a match just to put on a sexy twerk show.

But if you camp a survivor and the rest get the gens done, why the hell do killers rage quit at the end, legit if you are that toxic that you need to camp then just suck it up that everyone else escaped

This topic is redundant, if it's in the game, it's up to you to abuse/use it. Camping is part of a strategy, same as being on comms is a strategy too, let's not be biased here, if you want to punish a camping killer, just struggle on the hook while team does gens, if team is potato, just ######### on the hook and deprived the killer of additional hook/chase points etc and move on to the next game

I can understand what you mean and you've made a good point, but when a killer has a hex ruin on and camps, it's unfair

Not sure what you're implying, my ruin never last past the 2minutes, if i get a hook before my ruin goes off i'm happy

I can hear the Insidious Cannibal Mains laugh as they imagine every successful match where Altruistic Survivors are practically sacrificing themselves at their feet.

Survivors do have the option to counter Hex:Ruin by running Small Game and destroying the totem. How do you think a killer feels when Ruin gets destroyed in the first minute of a match? I’ve even spawned across from the totem as a survivor several times.

So tired of hearing losers complain about camping. You suck, you got caught. That's the name of the game. There is nothing wrong with it and it's not against the rules. Even with you guys getting participation awards (blood points) you still whine like babies. Stop telling other players how to play.

If you hook someone then congrats to you, but why feel the need to sit there all game , if you are good enough you'll catch the rest simple as, dont be toxic

While it's fine to say that players can punish camping, lots of solo players can't really. If there are no aura perks in place, it may be the case that each solo has to go and check that a killer is insidious camping individually, wasting tonnes of time.
Additionally, solo players have no ability to influence the actions of their team, and often my teammates will either instantly kill themselves on hook, which means it isn't punished at all, or the other two keep trying to save while I get one and a half gens done.

I'm sure there are a bunch of reasons. I won't speak for all killers, but the obvious one is strategy. Another might be to get the kill. Or the points. Too many reasons to mention. And no, you might not catch the rest if they are on their way out the door. In the end, it hurts the killer more because they are wasting precious time. I don't know what you mean by "being toxic". Guarding a catch is part of the game play. It should not be considered "bad". Just play the game and be happy about it.
