being able to unhook yourself 100% should be a perk

there should be a perk where you can unhook yourself 100%. its the next logical step next to unbreakable. seems odd they dont have this.
edit: solved. there is a perk for this.

There is. It's called deliverance, you have tp get a safe unhook to activate it. Unless I'm misunderstanding your post and that's not what you mean
