Can we remove challenges that encourage tunneling?
Literally this is the third game in a row I’ve had where the killer does everything in their power to just tunnel me all game even get my teammates to sand bag me simply so that way I die. I looked him all game all the into EGC yet I died because I had 0 pallets left thanks to my team throwing them down to get me killed. It’s so annoying that to have a fair game I have to stop playing survivor just to play killer until week 4 comes out.

The killer flat out told me he messaged them to farm with him and get me killed and after spectating to see if my loving team escaped I saw them all farming except one Feng Min

Sounds like the problem was your teammates, not the challenge. What makes you think the killer had a challenge in the first place?

I messaged the killer and asked him why the hell he tunneled me when I wasn’t even on death hook and he told me everything

ok. then that's a community problem. not a challenge problem. you should report them for assisting the killer to whatever platform you were on.

I'm still seeing the team-mates as the problem. Sure, the Killer might have messaged them and started the farming process, but your team-mates do their own actions.
If they helped the Killer to sacrifice you, that's a bannable offence.

As everyone else said, that is reportable. You need to do so in the post-game screen, and probably also submit a support ticket with video evidence if you want to make sure they get punished. It sounds like you probably missed your chance this time, but you said this happened several times so hopefully you'll be able to do something about it if it happens again.

The issue is that anyone playing through the archives as killer will eventually end up tunnelling for certain challenges.
Two that spring to mind are hook the obsession twice, and hook two in the basement at the same time. As both need to be done in the same game to complete them, killers will camp more and tunnel more.
A simple change to certain challenges will help elevate some of the issues, but not all unfortunately.

If you kept all the messages or screenshots, you should report it. It's a bannable offense and they deserve it.
