    Erm taking a wild guess since I don't know anything about her but maybe that she is one hundred percent in love and would like to marry her dude?

    At least that's similar to what my best friend posts when she is posting pics with her fiancee (different age group here though, middle twenties)

    depends on how old you are i guess. some people do it to represent a bond, but hey, i don't know what it's like to be a teenage girl so i could be way off. i don't think it should be anything concerning, if anything you could probably ask them, unless you don't really know them. but still, won't hurt to ask
