The Survivor/Killer issue
To be fair, there are some mechanics of killers that are unfair to survivors (think 5 blink god-tier nurse, etc), but I take issue when survivors think an average killer is overpowered when the killer player is skilled with that killer.
The same thing goes to survivors - killers who complain that survivors can loop/mindgame them for a long while should just acknowledge that the survivor has a lot of skill/practice running killers. I do understand that it is much easier to run loops as a survivor than a killer with the 3rd person camera.
Besides for the obvious toxic people that play the game to troll others, why can't people just acknowledge that the people they're VSing have some degree of skill with their role rather than complaining that a killer that doesn't have a spectacular ability is overpowered?
And please, no I'm not a "killer/survivor" main advocating for one side or the other.

Nurses and Spirit exist because survivors can get 3 gens up within 2 minutes even with a top tier ruin active. But other killers suffer as a result.
And killers that tunnel through the endless jungle gyms available to survivors are just bad or new.
