Which would be the best consistent tell for spirit while phasing?
It has been proven that her current tells aren’t consistent (credit to @ScottJund) and I frankly don’t necessarily want to give her one but I also believe it is better for game health.

Despite how much I dislike Spirit, I don't think gutting her by giving her supremely obvious tells is the answer.
A glitter where you are required to pay attention is what would be best for her.

Giving her a tell would, in my humble opinion, severely weaken her and take away a lot of her anti-looping power. If you know when she's phasing, you know what to do. But that uncertainty is why I find it fun to play as and against Spirit. It feels great to call a Spirit's bluff, and it feels great to successfully bluff a survivor. I think the Spirit nerf did enough to make this fair, since survivors now know when a Spirit is vaulting and Spirits can't know for sure a survivor is waiting based on collision.

This would only hurt you if you rely on standing still and no collision was a buff for me. It really depends on the tell, the last option would probably be too much and red eyes probably wouldn’t be enough.
I main spirit and love facing her but her tells aren’t consistent and that isn’t good for game health.

I realy only see by the hair, cuz you can only see the shard if you are hugging her, but sometimes if the loop has no walls its somewhat reliable (almost only HadNoFunField and some common loops)

I actually really like the red eyes tell. It's noticeable from the front but also ties her in with the Oni, so it has flavor as well.

She has been nerfed recently. Give her a break
Now it's time for other killers to get nerfed and they'll eventually come back to spirit, don't worry. However, I don't think there will be any killers left with all these nerfs.
The survivor queues are bad right now. In the near future, they'll become even worse

Her eyes glowing red would be pretty funny imo. Glittering would be best though so ignore what I voted for.

She is fine as she is, and it's part of her mindgame play, do you want a giant sign saying "she is teleporting, please do whatever you want"

yes she does, good spirits will avoid stepping on grass since it shows the direction you are going

@thesuicidefox and @Orion have proven that she does not move grass. Once again, I have no problem with spirit, but most people do.
