I didn't contest that. I just said it didn't matter because it's not hard to spin and hit them anyways even though it's not currently like that.
What I DID contest is hitting though obstacles such as solid walls. There might be a bug to that effect but it definitely wasn't a serious mechanic outside of windows.

Well I mean like any minor opening to the survivor’s hitbox if said survivor is using a surface to potentially block a hit... the killer has to aim above that currently but back then it just locked in as a hit.

ok... but whats your point? Regardless of changes to stuff like that it's not hard to hit Survivors and dodging is practically impossible. Sure you sometimes 360 a Killer, but if you know about it then it's not hard to hit a 360ing Survivor, and you aren't going to be surprised as the Survivor when it happens.
The tools Survivors can use to prevent the Killer from hitting you are (baring Killer specific stuff):
- Running tiles (looping or just running to a pallet/window, using it and immediately leaving)
- Stealth
- Mindgames
- Jukes (the transition from being chased to stealth)
Of those jukes at the least reliable
Looping is the most reliable
and Stealth is the most effective when it works (since it wastes the Killers time but you can get back to a gen faster)
Changes to infinites as reduced the reliability of looping, but nothing has fundamentally changed about that list.

I could go on and on on nerfs for both sides...they are trying to balance the game, so stop whining. If I wanted to whine about something it would be legit like how the killers have 6 perks 7 if you include the offering...killers add ons don't deplete. Survivors do. Offerings for survivors don't make it to where we can see the killers aura whenever they are in a certain distance...end game is killer based. Windows blocked, heals slowed, hitboxes too big, loops shortened, nerfed perks to ground...mettle of man, balanced, Sabo, etc... Killers get flashlight disco shows, a gang of body blockers, sandbaggers, etc.. it's a mind game and a skill game and everyone cries and whines! Just play the game and let them fix the bugs first and ask for reasonable changes. If you are having trouble, practice with friends...just stop fighting over dumb crap!!! Dayum!

And that doesn't mean that they aren't still the power role.
A lot of nerfs =/= too many nerfs. They got nerfed a lot, but not the needed already.
I also play survivor and think this way.

the maps they are doing some rework of all maps if im not mistaken
gen rush i mean dude its survivor objective what do you want to do stay in the corner and look at the sky or something xd they wont do anything about this except doing a second objective

75% killer win rate, and you complain its not 95%? survivors are OP because 1 in 4 get away on average? if you cant win as killer you are way below average.

- Maps with reduced pallets? 12 or 15 per map? Hmmm KEKW .. an NOT experienced player who goes pallet-on-pallet camping wastes the killer enough time. So ... NO, the maps are NOT suitable for the game, they are too BAD DESIGNED. Even ... the rework of the school map (freddy) is still a big problem for the game.

There are bad maps for both sides. I’m a killer main but don’t understand why other killers complain so much. We have so many op add ons along with moris. Keys and toolboxes are definitely fine. Just use franklins. You may think it doesn’t do much but coming from someone who has played a fair amount of survivor as well, it makes the game hell when you have a good item.

I see moris more as a counterplay towards keys.
I have only on one day use moris, but I need to say... Lately I start to think more often to finaly take them in the matches, so that I finally have counterplay against keys. The higher you go with your rank, the more keys you encounter.
Besides that, the animations are cool^^ :).

I try my best to be optimistic with the devs but it's really hard sometimes. They actually do not understand game balance.
I'm willing to go along with them for now because I still hope that they will address core issues with the game one day.

They still haven't done anything with the vast majority of map designs. And SWF still get to group together and be highly coordinated.
Until those things change, killers have every right to call this game survivor-sided.

Yeah but there working on them, and seriously how often do you actually face a SWF that all escape? Because if you are even a slightly competent killer you would average 2 kills a game which is balanced.
Just because you have a couple 4 man escapes doesn't mean this game is survivor sided.

Lol that's funny. I haven't heard anything encouraging from the devs about addressing the issues I just laid out.
Also, SWF is more common than you think. All it takes is one or two really good survivors to tip the scale.
And if you can constantly 2k or more every game, then you must be the best killer in DbD.

They've mentioned in the past to looking into them. Even if it's common though how often is it actually a team trying hard.
Not really 2k a game is like average, 2k is balanced if you can't get then I'm sorry the game isn't survivor sided your just not very good yet.

Shadowborn made you vulnerable to flashlights, sloppy gave only hemorrhage effect, noed was active only teo minutes and didn't gave you oneshots on level 1 and 2, spies was triggered even by killer.
STBFL and unrelenting combined gave you unfair advantage so their nerfs was a matter of time.
Tinkerer was reworked because it was useless with most addons.
Brutal strength was adjusted due to pallet breaking speed buff.
And your list has only one more perk. And i haven't named all nerf

Your argument is flawed, it is like saying omeganurse/5 blink nurse is ok cause most nurse players are bad and do not tryhard.
That is not a winrate but a killrate and there is a diffrence to it. Also the stats are really flawed, someone posted in another thread that the japanese community manager explained how those numbers came to be. Basicly red rank matches means it has a red rank killer who can go against everything on survivor side not red ranks exclusively.
Sorry there are already bad survivors in red ranks due to how easy it is to rank up but to include rank 10 in those games is hilarious.
