Does the obsession emit the Tier III increased terror radius?

The obsession emits a 32m TR regardless of what killer it is.

I would like DD a lot more if it could be triggered like Infectious Fright. It's really only good for M1 killers. Billy for example can't use the chainsaw to activate it.
