Can we talk about thanatophobia and Blood Echo on legion?
So ive ran a test a build using blood echo and than and 3/4 times i ran this i got 4k
So my question is does anyone think that a build like this fits in the killer meta
AKA "META" include: nurse, billy, spirit, (btw her nerf only nerfed her vault n the add ons btw) and while she yet i think plague has a chance

What rank are you? Legion is an awful killer but there is some potential synergy there, if you can proc the mangled. Blood Echo is decent on plague but for most killers it's not too helpful (except maybe nurse, since Dead Hard is so strong against her).
Spirit's lunge was nerfed tremendously btw. It's supposedly been overnerfed due to a bug, but it's still a major nerf either way. Not that I think it destroys her. With recovery addons and stridor it isn't even a problem.

I've actually done a few games using blood echo on legion (lower purple ranks at the time) and it's really good in my opinion. As for the spirit lunge, I can't say I've noticed any huge differences though I haven't played her in awhile. But I still get some consistent 4ks with her. As for blood echo on Plague, I love plague and she's one of my mains but I haven't actually seen it as being overly useful since they can just cleanse and it's only 45 seconds of exhaustion so you'd have to be lucky in finding a survivor within that time limit. That's my personal opinion of it on Plague though

Legion isn't anywhere near close to a real meta killer, no matter what build you throw on him.

Legion is very good in general;but yes Blood Echo on them is decent;but there are far better perks you can use with them.

Blood Echo is okay on legion, but nemesis+PWYF got way more potential on them.

Blood Echo is just really bad in my opinion. No matter what killer you are playing there are better perks you could use by far.
Hemorrhage is near completely worthless and not even worth mentioning, so it's basically just 45 seconds of Exhausted on injured survivors. 45 seconds is so short that by the time you hook a guy, find someone new and actually get close enough to hit them the effect is already going to be gone any way unless they were complete potatoes.
You could even completely remove the cooldown on this perk and it would still be terrible imo.
Hemorrhage needs to be replaced with a different and more useful status effect because just 45 seconds of Exhausted is simply not good enough. Could also just cut the cooldown and make the Exhausted 60 seconds...now maybe.

She still has a speed boost out of phase though. I used the purple and green post-phase speed boost add-ons to test it and she still has a her speed boost. It’s just different. She doesn’t have a lunge though. Wherever you stop the speed boost she will do a regular lunge and stop the speed boost.
I know that sounds confusing.

Legion is such a terrible killer but Blood Echo and Thanatophobia will work well on them because players tend to want to stay injured against Legion.
This combo would work better on Plague though since players stay sick against her and she’s a hell of a lot stronger than Legion.

I dunno, I think he actually might be one of the weakest killers in the game. He is stronger than clown....and I would put him in the same ballpark as like Doctor.

Legion's power is the only power in the entire game that hurts him more than it helps.
He has the potential to slow the game down for 12 whole seconds! OP pls nerf

They have one of the best tools to apply map pressure and waste a little of survivor's time as well as getting a free hit and free information.
They're not top tier since they lack solid upsides during a chase (although they are super small making them easier to mindgame as Legion) ,but they are great at doing everything else.

Their "map pressure" is non-existent because of a 4 second stun. I won't even comment on the stall since it doesn't exist. They get limited info and their FF is super easy to miss and you get punished with a 4 second stun.
They suck at everything except getting the first hit, they are just a worse version of Wraith.

Played Blood Echo and Mindbreaker on a Plague once during a custom game with my friends and it was unbelievable how many hits I got since they didn't have access to their exhaustion perks.

In red ranks I've made blood echo thana dying light pop work, but man is it easy to get bullied.
I can see it being really strong on plague though.
