In the end. Did anyone really care about spirit?

Everyone hated the spirit a month ago and now all of a sudden she has been forgoten completely. After her prayer beads were gone everyone stopped complaining about her power despite it stayed exactly the same as before. Makes you wonder if anyone who was complaining about her really actually cared about that lack of counter play everyone kept complaining about. Do people even care about her anymore?

I dont know, no one does theards about her asking for nerfs or buffs, no one is complaining on twitter anymore, heck not even the subreddit is complaining or making memes and that is completely survivor sided

Is people not complaining so bad? Imo I would want spirit to be slower at patrolling (5% I guess) but she gets her invisible vault back. Good nerf.

It's possible, that her nerfs, while not addressing the issue people had, brought her to a more enjoyable level. I'm just guessing but that might be what has happened.

i do but there probably not going to change her any more but at the same time not many people play her anymore so it doesn't really matter since i only play against her every once in a while so i just get over her being broken and annoying because it doesn't matter how bad the nerf is no one plays the killers once they get nerfed. At the same time im on console though so that probably has to do with it.

By those nerfs they increased skill cap. I feel 0 difference while playing her coz didnt relied on collision beads or amulet etc.

And she is still hated.

She is still boring to go against imo, but she is more bearable now with no collision.

Well, a lot of people had issues with prayer breads more than anything, actually you have a good idea if she is phasing or not so I guess one of the main issues wich was prayer breads was reworked so the complains are less.

They didn't nerf her hard enough at all. There's still nothing you can do without iron will.

Well, I think sounds are broken again in this patch and because of that, less people play Spirit and that's why you don't see people complaining about her anymore.

Of course not. How could I ever hate Ghost Bae?! I'vr never played as her, sicne I don't own the DLC... But I feel like theirs something different in every spirit main, that makes it fun every time to fight her.

There is more pressing gameplay issues at the moment and Spirit isn’t as viable as she was before.
Sounds are completely screwed and survivors basically have Iron Will (though it isn’t equipped) because a lot of the time they make ZERO injured moans or footsteps which makes Spirit’s role a lot harder since she relies heavily on sound.
She’s also bugged because she has no post phase lunge.
She’s just a complete mess. I haven’t seen much of her. There isn’t much complains about Spirit because of game breaking bugs that have happen in this last patch, players wanting Oni nerfs, sounds breaking, etc...
She’s still powerful but not as great as she should be.

I've used her maybe twice since the changes.. tracking was nigh impossible.. she was always my go-to merciless killer too.. pretty sad

Well I think all could be said about the Spirit was said, included the fact that the changes didn't address people's concern about that killer. After a while I guess people get bored of discussing always the same things.

They didnt even bother to check out the patch notes, they heard "spirit got nerfed" and called it a day. Then they went home and now they sit waiting to grab their pitchforks against any next viable killer

Teammates still dc-ing vs her all the time... I think the nerfs appeased the current outcry, but another wave is likely to come.

Doesn't need to be viable. Any killer the mob deems to be annoying to play against is enough.

I main here at red rank, havnt felt any effects of the nerfs still getting 4K every game even against survivors that have iron will. Then again I’ve never used any add ons above yellow rarity or use the bump technique.

I hardly encounter any Spirits lately. Like every other nerf, players have an overreaction and many stopped using her. Which is funny, because she was barely touched and she's still S-tier.

Either that. Or fewer killer players are using the Spirit and so there are fewer complaints from survs.
