DEVS! What is the difference between Freddy and Legion?
What is the difference between Freddy and Legion animation-wise?
I'm on several DbD groups and we get Freddy's lunge complaints on the daily.
It's not a mistery that Freddy being a short character and having his weapon where it is can deceive into thinking his lunge is bigger because the animation doesn't covers the whole lunge distance. But what about Legion?
They are also pretty similar to Freddy in terms of height and weapon design so why does one looks off while the others looks normal? I've never read a single complaint about Legion's lunge.
Were they animated differently? Or are they more different than we think?

It's probably due to Freddy's glove not being as noticeable while hitting while Legion is holding a knife so it can look slightly longer seeing the object more clearly.
While the body may look similar Legion could also have slightly longer arms much like the Hag does.

Freddy's thumb is huge. Like it's grotesque. The thumb is longer than several of his fingers.

Freddy, most likely already said, has possibly the smallest weapon in the game, so his range on his weapon looks like a longer lunge when in reality it’s the same lunge as everyone else
