Will progress carry over?

I am aware of people who already unlocked all of the tiers before the tier 4 even got activated. I myself am at tier 65 currently.

Obviously its going to take a good amount of matches to finish tier 4 and I think I might also complete before finishing them. What happens to our rift fragments then? Will they carry over to the NEXT pass? I really hope so. But if not that leads me to another question entirely....

Does each pass expire? When the 2nd rift pass comes out will people still be able to do challenges from the first one? If so then obviously your rift fragments would carry over but only when Rift pass 2 is out?

The Rift fragments portion of the rewards expries as the rift comes to a close, you'll still be able to do challenges after the Rift closes, but you'll only get bloodpoints and Lore Entries.

I mean once we have unlocked all tiers. What happens to the rift fragments we get from the remaining challenges? For some and eventually me there will be nothing else to unlock this pass but I will still be unlocking fragments from challenges and of course the 10 bonus for finishing the tier. I am hoping that carries into the next pass or at least something becomes of them. If not thats a flaw and they should each be turned into 10k bp or something.

No, they will not carry over.

Also there will only be one rift out at a time.

The archive challenges will still be available to complete, but you will not earn any rift fragments.

Well that sucks. Please @Peanits consider turning those fragments into BP or something. A good amount of us will be unlocking fragments that don't do anything for us.

Bloodpoints, shards, or auric cells would be great, but I doubt it will happen.
