Everyone will tell you that that's not the servers fault...
they will post some crap video on how hit boxes are and this and that lmfao

Right now the servers give what the killer sees priority from what we have been told so their ping to it will dictate how far a hit can go.
This needs better balanced with players pings to the server imo as it does hurt the game play when you can never tell how far they may reach.
Earlier I was watching someone who had a killer from South Africa and they are in EU. Hits were extremely long and there was no way to account for that on screen.
They still need a lot of work done on them and maybe even a better way to balance hits so its more in favour of a 50/50 solution.

It's not just about the reach, it's the whole delay. And 4 survivors gets punished because 1 player can't afford something...

Maybe the developers couldn't afford a server near that person, so now they are forced to play with a high ping. Why should the killer get punished for that?

That's what I was referencing.
While the killer sees where they are on screen you don't and have the delay from the server telling you their position so its impossible actually to tell how close they are. If they have a bad ping to the server its even worse.
The only way to avoid it is to do everything really early in theory but that's not going to work every time.
It's why some hits seem to happen from far away, 10m from a window and not even connect.

The killer shouldn't get punished for having a bad Wifi, no one should. But currently 4 survivors are being punished instead of the one person who has the bad Wifi. At least bring back the ping-meter

I am okay with bad wifi being punished. But punishing people being far away from the servers location, and therefor getting high latency, should not be punished.

Then asjust the game to those who are "a bit" further away. Instead of having 90% hits through windows. I swear it's the only reason people disconnect right now
