does myers need a buff ?
myers currently feels extremely slow and almost has zero range , I always find myself behind a survivor and 80 % of the time never connect a hit . I really think he needs a buff in those areas , anyone else agree ?

yeah but I mean his attack is really weak compared to other killers he is the shortest range of all of them , even shorter then leatherface's basic hit , I know that in tier 3 he can put you in dying state but so can hillbilly and leatherface with their special attacks I think his speed needs to be increased at least because in a chase he seems slower then other killers or the range of his weapon because it has the shortest range and if you miss that will give a lot of space to the survivor

He needs some QoL improvements, and I'd like to see them fix his first person animations. The fact that he can't stalk through corn/bamboo and grass while ghostface can really grinds my gears.

For Tier l yes, for the other Tiers no. Tier l isn't made to have you chase people down at the start of the game, the concept is to stalk someone and than going into Tier ll to do this... or continue to stalk into Tier lll.
Tier lll is one of the longest lunges in-game, it also has the added bonus of an increase vaulting speed with windows.
Tier ll is the same lunge that every Killer has, all basic lunges for every Killer is the same EXCEPT some like Tier lll Myers or Pigs Dash attack for example.

but that still does not detract from the fact that if you don't lunge and you are in tier 1 or 2 the range is still extremely short and you do not always have time to lunge if you have to hit a survivor in a very short space of time , and if you don't lunge in tier 1/2 the range is so low that 8 out of 10 times you miss thats why I am saying he needs more range at least the same range as leatherface for his non-lunge attack in tier 1/2 . also while I get you need to stalk with him you do not always have the perks to make evil within gain a lot faster to reach tier 3 which gives him a much better lunge so this makes him weaker in that regard while other killers don't need perks to have a normal ranged attack

Agreed. They could even bring back the old sound cue for when he was near tier 3. It was super creepy and made him a bit more nerve wracking to go against.

His short lunge is the way to balance the fact that he has such a small terror radius. The more Tiers you go up, the bigger your TR becomes, but it also increases your lunge. Also, as stated above, Myers in T3 has an insane lunge range, the longest one so far.
Where did you get that Leatherface's lunge range is short? He's the same as the rest.
And just for the record, Myers in T2 has a normal lunge like all killers. So your complaints are based on solely T1, which is a level meant to be used with stealth strategies in mind, and most Myers go quickly from T1 to T2 in the early game, so...
Final note, I think he's good in terms of balance. There are other killers in need of a buff and Mikey boy is certainly not one of them, in my opinion.
