What you get (survivor main) , Removal of hex ruin.
What I want; removal of red stain and blood hound level and strider level 3 always on as standard.
What you get. Removal of scratch marks.
What I want: removal of self care.
What you get. The perk "by any means necessary" permanently with a cool down of 60 seconds but a 10 second activation time.
Call these settings hardcore mode if not base game traits. This would make the game more immersing and be harder for both the killer and the survivor.

You want a killer perk (Self-care cuz wastes 32 seconds of the survivors to a bad reward) to be removed?

Yeah, not because I thinks it's op. Because it's cheap. Red stain, scratch marks self healing? These make the game less survival and more gimmicky, without them, it's harder and more realistic *I Relaise deamon samurai are not realistic*
