Buff legion please and buff him so he's enjoyable and not gonna be stuck in the dark forever and isn't going to keep getting nerfed, WHAT ARE THE DEV'S DOING, they are ruining the game

Well actually, the stats say it was a net buff so REEEEEEEEE!
