Possible Perk Idea

Was thinking about a new perk that could possibly be a good one, but not sure if it's a good idea. Basically a perk that makes it so the more you recover when you're downed, the easier it is to wiggle off the killers shoulder when he picks you up. So if you're fully recovered and just need someone to pick you up, it would make it much easier to wiggle off. Again, probably not a great idea but I thought it might help with slugging as well (I don't have a problem with slugging, but could go well against certain killers)
