      Pretty sure you can purchase the dlc from the playstation store with a credit debit card or ps card if you have one

      Since he is a licensed killer he cannot be purchased through the in-game currency, so as the one above me said, you have to use credit/debit/PSN card to get the content.

      You can also buy him for 500 auric cells. Same goes for Laurie. If you want both, buy the DLC pack, if you want Myers only, you can purchase him on the store for 500 cells.
