Why i can't find a killer match?

Title says it all, been waiting up to 20 mins, but not one survivor joins in that period of time.. Can´t play killer.
Playing as survivor works just fine, and my friends find other survivors..

It's PC my player level is 11 and rank 20 killer i can't go up for this problem.0

Yeah devs fooked it up once again....That's nota possible because i try to play the tuesday when the rank área reset and i not found a match only like survivor
