Would Q&Q be too strong if it had no cooldown?
I really like the idea of this perk but i'm having a hard time making it work
An example that often shows up is killer shack, I run the killer around some, drop the pallet, i blind him as i break it and then i see this would be the perfect oppertunity to Quick and Quiet into a locker
But it's on cooldown cause i vaulted a window earlier
How would you people make this perk work best?

The perk works best in situations where you can break LOS. The killer is mostly making use of sound to determine if youve vauted a window or not in situations where they are mindgaming a loop and are moonwalking around. I think the perk is in a good spot with its current cooldown. 20 seconds means it cant be spammed, but still allows you to use it several times in a chase.

That wouldn't even work even if you have Quick and Quiet. Since where else could the survivor go to with missing scratch marks? Unless you have Head On Sure, it might work and you can maybe escape.

Otherwise use Q&Q to just throw killers off on vaults, Locker plays can be entirely situational.

Q&Q would be really strong if it didn't have a cooldown. It synergizes really well with lithe and dance with me if you break LOS. Also making some fake scratchmarks and then jumping into a locker can work, it's always a gamble but so satisfying when it works.

This is basically correct. If you disapear the killer is going to likely check a locker even if they did not see or hear you go in because there wont be any scratch marks to follow. Using it to vault a window when the killer cant see will allow you to continue a loop or get to another pallet basically extending the chase. If the killer is bad it might even allow you to lose them completely

I love Q&Q. I wish the cool down was less. 10 seconds would be amazing. I wish they'd have added the silent dropping they gave BL to Q&Q instead.

I play Q&Q a lot on my Nancy. If I didn't have a cool down it would be extremely broken. You could quick vault everything. Ghost face's perk would be useless. All ears? (Can't remember name) I use Q&Q and head on, inner strength (4th perk is up too you.) People consider this toxic so I use unbreakable, in red ranks and purple. The killer likes to turn me into a slug after getting hit once or twice. I call this the meta Nancy build.

I think 10 would make it strong without breaking it. If it had no cooldown it'd be too much in my opinion.

It would be best if Q&Q had a 5 second cooldown that doesn't cooldown while sprinting but Q&Q is fine as is.

Yes, it would. Imagine a perma quick and quiet on Lery's. Disgusting to think of.

You would still have scratched marks to be fair and even if you had "dance with me" that would be on cool down for 40s
But I do agree it could be too strong

The only thing about Q&Q cooldown I think should change is tier 1/2. The 30!! entire seconds you have to wait with tier 1 physically hurts me.
