Nurse is Scarily Realistic
So, looking through the lore of the Nurse, Sally Smithson, and talking to an actual nurse who has done work within psychiatric wards before discussing the Nurse's lore with them, you get a sense that what happens there is really realistic.
There was a particular saying thrown my way that was something akin to "The difference between a psyche patient and a psyche doctor/nurse is a uniform." But then again, working with crazy all day would wield those sort of results.
Sally was dealing with these people for 20 YEARS IN A ROW WITH NO HOLIDAYS, and constantly overlooked for promotions, trying to support herself after the love of her life died in a mining accident. The amount of stress that this poor woman would have been dealing with? I'm surprised that she didn't snap sooner. And that's by late 2019 standards for future scholars and NOT the WW1-WW2 era scene that is depicted.
The fact that she also used a pillow (or pillow case. It's a little unclear from memory) to suffocate them in their sleep is also fairly reasonable since she does look pretty frail compared to other killers like Evan MacMillan. Since they're already asleep, they would be less likely to react properly and half of them would be out cold due to medications. It's also a bit more impersonal due to the fact that she doesn't have to see their face while the act occurs.
So, looking over it, I think that in terms of general lore, the Nurse is actually the most plausible killer within Dead by Daylight. Followed by Anna in second, then Kennith Chase in third.
Not saying that her power is plausible though. That's just game logic 101. Just her mentality and lore.
Are there any other killers that you find to be extremely realistic? Share your thoughts down below!

Nope and I don't find her realistic either.

Yes they're real... look at the world and it's easy to find a real life legion

Billy reminds me of my second cousin.

The clown. Think about it. Serial killers take trophies quite often. Travelling to different cities week after week. The anonymity of the makeup. I'm actually surprised it's not entirely a true story.

There was a serial killer in the united states, that was also a clown. But... Don't ask me for his name, I have forget him^^.
The trapper sounds also pretty realistic and also the Legion.
Edit: The story of the Hillbilly reminds me also a bit on Ed Gin (Gein, Gien?).

Well, I put Kennith at 3rd because of the anesthetic side of things. Gathering the ingredients and NOT killing yourself accidentally in a homemade lab would be kinda hard.

Depends on the formula i guess. I mean ammonia and bleach mixed together would definitely incapacitate someone. As far as the cloud, thats mainly killer power like nurse.
To be fair almost all the killers can be realistic. Aside from spirit, hag, demo, plague, and ONI, if you remove powers then they are just regular people twisted by life circumstances.
That being said i completely get what you are saying about the historical accuracy of nurses back story.

Yeah, I don't think the Demogorgon is a human driven by madness and twisted.

To be completely fair, most trouble making teenagers don't run around with Serial Killer masks designed to match their personality. Some do, but not many that aren't inspired by the Legions in game existence.

You're thinking of John Wayne Gacy, I believe. And you're right, it's entirely possible that he was an inspiration for the DBD Clown, as he seems to have been for most Clown killers in horror fiction over the last few decades.

Thanks. I remember having seen a birographic of him on the biographics YouTube channel (and many others).
