Problem with a perk

So, I leveled up to 50 a lot of survivors (Jake included) and some to prestige but Iron Will NEVER showed up. I think it's bugged or something because everything else did show up at some point including the other 2 perks of Jake and it's just so weird, it's not normal :/

    Ahh, RNG strikes again. I can't begin to to tell you how many hundreds of thousands I've spent going through Bloodwebs for certain Survivor/Killer perks. It's all chance and you got the bad part of it unfortunatly
