How can we fix Legion
Without absolutely breaking them? I suggest we change Legion to work as such. (Numbers subject to change)
Deep Wounds timer starts at 35 seconds and each time you apply it, the timer reduces by 5 seconds, to a minimum of 15 seconds. Being mended by another survivor mends you moderately faster. Deep Wounds timer will not decrease when within a 20 meter radius of the killer, thus preventing the moonwalking exploit.
Legion will remain 115%, and buff their Feral Frenzy speed to 5.3 MS. The Legion's terror radius will be increased to 32 meters (If it's not already. I haven't checked). Revert the pallet vaulting and window vaulting speed to Legion's Day one speed.
Add-ons need to be reworked to give their debuffs AFTER Deep Wounds is removed.
Example: The Broken status effect will take effect after the survivor has been mended.
Remove the Hemmhorage and Blindness effect for add-ons and give it something more useful, such as Exhaustion, Oblivious, Hindered, or repair speed debuffs.
Thoughts?
Edit: Oops I said him, not them ;)

Not sure if you haven't played in a while, but Legion got their old vault speed back, their old movement speed and their terror radius is 32m.
Imo they need to rework his power entirely. Give them a secondary power that's related to stealth like they teased us in the trailer.

Full rework is necessary. Feral Frenzy can get injuries quick, but after that they're just an m1 killer. Maybe an extra ability would help them rise from the gutter tier. Locker teleport maybe? Would make sense if they had a more nerdy vibe, because nerds (used to) get shoved in lockers.

it'd be nice to see scratch marks in frenzy

He really does need a rework because deep wounds is a joke now. But for now, he could at least not lose his power for missing a swing, you can't just tunnel someone to death like he could before, there is no reason for his power to be so punishing now.

I just haven't faced or played Legion in such a long time.

Legion is fine now let them be happy in the non-spirit rate of kills
they dont need a rework, give them a slight buff sometimes and they'll be fine. i dont get why people are still crying about them when Spirit still doesnt have phasing clues, Cannibal and Hillbilly still share the same addons, and Clown exists

At their core, Legion's problem is Deep Wounds.
That status effect should be changed before the Legion itself gets any changes.
If DW and Legion are changed at the same time there's a very large possibility that the OP UP slider gets shifted too far in the wrong direction or no change in viability occurs.
Change Deep Wounds and then tweak Legion accordingly.

Legion needs some sort of chase utility with their power. The 4 second cooldown is too long to close distance with the speed boost from FF, and the only time their power can be useful in a chase is with the Iridescent Button addon, which is an ultra rare. If they were to reduce the cooldown and/or have pallets break whenever Legion vaults them while Killer Instinct is active (which becomes active when you hit a survivor in FF) by default, I think they would become a decent, fairly balanced killer.

They need either legit stall or better chase.

Legion, as much as I love them, are flawed at the concept of power stage. Feral Frenzy is incredible difficult to balance. It's either too strong or too weak and you can't really get an in between as the power does a lot of things while simultaneously doing nothing. Legion just needs a full redesign on their power that most likely takes them away from the Deep Wounds aspect entirely.

What about if you just remove deep wounds?

You're thinking full rework scale. I was just thinking of something quick and simple. At least UNTIL they can rework Legion.
More of a temporary fix, if you will.

What if for every survivor you stab while in a single Feral Frenzy you gain haste that multiplies by 2% for each additional survivor you stab?

Just a couple of QoL changes are what they really need tbh
If they reduce the penalty from missing attacks, make sure survivors with DW can't work on gens and rework some of the more useless addons i would be happy
I would personly also like that the Fatal Frenzy gave Oblivious untill mended too but it's not really nececery, would just be a cool addition that makes sense with the trailer
For the love of god don't rework them, they just need a few tweaks

Personally I think they need to make the power recharge for a full frenzy gauge be 15 sec again, make it so you only lose 50% instead of 100% of your meter on a missed frenzy hit, rework a few of the add ons so they'll be useful, and make the fatigue like 3 sec so you don't have to wait a full 4 sec stun. With these changes it'll make legion a bit better at the very least

I've been playing Legion lately and I personally think they are fine how they are.
The only thing I think they need is some sort of baseline effect to hitting a survivor with Frenzy that already has Deep Wounds (eg. repair debuff similar to Begrimed add-ons), and a rework of Frank's Mixtape, Stab Wounds Study, and Fuming Mixtape.

*Added: Hitting a Survivor highlighted by Killer Instinct whilst in Feral Frenzy reduces the post-frenzy cool-down.
Those who are successful in hitting 3/4 Survivors are rewarded and Legion's power is encouraged in the right situations.

I think Legion is in a pretty good spot right now. Sure, there are a few things that would make them better. Been consistently getting over 20k bp, and the last 2 times I got 32k and 30k. Deep Wound is nothing more than a nuisance, but it's easier to inflict. I really just wish that missed attacks didn't end FF and basic attacks didn't drain your power.

I would like them to be able to set up traps in certain areas that can get a hit in and go away... something that makes them feel like a Legion?
I like where they're at alone, but their power does nothing to help you down people. I think that having traps that can down people who get close enough (or just injure those who are healthy) would be a great addition to a potentially powerful kit.
