Look. Ruin got a buff in my opinion if anything so you should be happy and not saying it's bad before you even try it, because I already know that it's going to be op. Anyway if it bothers you that much then you're going to have to learn to apply pressure more because that's what it all comes down to

Completely misses the point. Ruin as it was allowed killers such as Trapper to have time to patrol/setup and pressure. How do you pressure a gen that is completed before you can walk to it.

Nah I made the amount a couple months ago but I'm sick of killer mains not seeing how good they have it. You can't get tunneled and face camped, you have the power to end someone's game and be toxic. All survivors can do is croutch a couple times in a row and apparently they makes us toxic

So, as someone who has a long history of trolling the DBD community (Killers can pallet loop too, btw), and being very good at it, let me tell you, you're terrible at it. Trolling is an art-form of sorts. One you're not even remotely adept at. In order for a troll to be a successful one, it has to not be obvious. Ruin: Changed to only affect untouched gens, and still keeps as a hex so it breaks easily.
Balanced: Changed to not have a passive that broke maps, was different to every other exhaustion perk, and received a stealth mechanic alongside it.

Did you ever consider that maybe certain killers are less effective at applying pressure than others so that’s why they run ruin? Killers like Leatherface, Wraith, the Clown, etc are bad at applying pressure and are easy to loop. It’s not as simple as learning to apply pressure when half the killer roster aren’t even that good at applying pressure. They can’t all be Nurses, Hillbillies, and Freddies

Know what , you are absolutely right. I see that killers should accept sub par things given to us and cataclysmic things taken away. Enjoy the ever growing wait times that survivors have now. Theres no taste in the game anymore for me. I uninstalled yesterday when I barely played 2 hours of the whole blood hunt. Goodluck.

Sorry my fellow intellectual but my argument stems from my premature ability to sense drastic unease in the community of this ruin fellow that got changed. I'm simply identifying that nobody has played with it yet. Therefore everyone is judging it before testing it

One of the reasons Ruin is popular is because it helps low mobility killers (who struggle to apply pressure on large maps) slow down gen progress early in the match.
New Ruin will not help them. New Ruin will benefit high mobility killers who are able to chase survivors off gens in order to take advantage of that regression. Low mobility killers trying to pressure gens will be screwed by their low mobility.
This change to Ruin is not a buff to the low mobility killers who felt they needed it. This change benefits high mobility killers who didn't need Ruin, anyway.

That's called predicting the meta.
People do it all the time. We wouldn't receive patch notes or update posts if that weren't the case.
And I can tell ya know, Killers are gonna get rushed and survivors are gonna get bored. Playerbase will tank once again until the devs release the next big movie dlc, playerbase will gain a whole lot of new people but just enough to keep the game above water. Next round of buffs and nerfs come in, and the cycle repeats.

I agree that the playerbase will plummet, but I also believe it will happen a bit differently. With ruin being gutted, the killer meta will be tunnel, slug, camp and mori. Mori's will be used MUCH more heavily now, at least to eliminate the first person quick. Tunneling, and to a lesser extent, camping. Proxy camping and heavy patrolling will be much more prevalent with ruin gone.
If survivors thought they had to deal with a lot of tunneling, camping, slugging and mori's before. OOF. They are in for a world of hurt. Killers don't have time to play "nice" anymore. One of two things will happen from there - they'll nerf ALL of those things somehow, because they are frustrating to go against...OR they'll do something about gen speed/map balance. It will likely be the former, and that's when the game dies, cause there will be no killers left.
