Time for new players to have their own rules?
I understand the game is so hard for new survivors, then why new players don’t have their own rules, like less gens to fix or slower killers etc...
And these ranks can’t be reached by deranking.

That really is the ideal and downright logical solution. Which is why it's not something BHVR is capable of thinking.
They should balance the game in 1/4 ranks. 20-16, 15-11, 10-6 and 5-1.

Easy, Lets say 25-21 ranks are for new players if you SWF with rank 17 you will match with rank 17 killer. Because it’s ‘new survivors’ choice now to not play in these tutorial ranks.

I think having rank 21-25 with different rules is a good idea. Maybe new needs to spend a certain hours of playing as a survivor before they can hit rank 20 where actually ranking starts. Any survivors and killers who already hit rank 20 can’t derank below rank 20. I would even consider to have partially separate rank for each killer, since playing clown and playing nurse are a whole lot different and requires different skills and mechanism.

I agree, Then you can make ranks 16-20 is the tutorial ranks.
