Until you get matched with some newbie and the match is over in 5minutes or sooner depending how much you dick around with that person.

dont worry, the devs will hide the ranks so they can just skip the 5 minutes and instantly match you up with a rank 20 even if you are red ranks.

Just use Hex:NOED instead of Ruin and get easy depip everytime.

Killers will be slugging and patrolling hooks much more frequently, especially once they see how fast gens can go with no early game slowdown. Discordance might get popular, but then survivors will just work on gens by themselves (which is more optimal in the long run). Infectious Fright will likely be in every game to snowball more, and spirit fury enduring will surge again despite not actually being that good. Personally I'll likely run Infectious Fright, pop goes the wheesel, bbq and chili, then maybe whispers or surveillance.
Survivor survival rate will skyrocket which is likely the intention behind the ruin nerf. Unbreakable will likely surge to hard counter prevalent slugging.

Survivor I will still use the same op perks I always do. DS, unbreakable, dead hard, and a 4rh I switch up

I'm predicting that a rise in NOED users if they get fed up with gens getting completed too quickly in the early game. Then people will complain about NOED and devs will nerf it because it's unfun for the other side!

Well they've already nerfed ruin because it's unfun for survivors and people have been complaining about NOED for years. It really wouldn't surprise me if NoED got nerfed.

i usually run Nurses/sloppy/thanat/ruin. I guess ill swap ruin for that plague one that blocks the gens. But i feel on maps like that plague temple. Or swap maps in general it wont matter. Will probably have to fit noed in there and hope that i get matched with rank 20 new players since theyre dropping after game ranks.
