Yes survivors just getting buff after buff. Decisive strike, self care, mettle of man, balanced landing, borrowed time, pallets, windows, medkits...

I never thought I would make a whingy 'I'm leaving' post but I feel exactly the same.
The only thing worse than this was the torch fiasco.

Decisive strike was bullshit and you know it, four of them meant that four chases in a game were just null and void if a survivor could hit a basic skill check.
Self care allowed survivors to literally HEAL IN THE FACE OF THE KILLER IN BETWEEN HIS SWINGS, totally not bs or anything.
MoM was broken as you literally got free chase extenders for doing nothing.
Balanced landing was nerfed in place of fixing maps because it made literal infinite in which you genuinely could not catch the person if they had half a brain cell.
Borrowed time was bullshit because it allowed survivors to divebomb hooks with zero repercussions and get out scott free.
Vaccume pallets allowed you to extend chases in a better way than dead hard without getting exhausted.
Windows had the same infinite problem because structures like cow tree or wreched shop made it so that you couldn't chase around them.
Instaheals were piss easy to get and would constantly rob killers of entire chases or downs because of how braindead you could be with them.
And you forget, medkits got a buff to healing speeds shortly after.
Comparing the amount of nerfs killers have gotten is like comparing a slap on the hand to getting tazed and beaten.

Pretty sure you're missing the point, but that's okay, it shows you generally play survivor. I'm guessing any decent killer perk or anything that let's the killer one shot a survivor is BS in their eyes too?

And these were all nerfed heavily because of that. This game despite the ruin change is the best it has ever been.

The game should be around someone's skill and knowledge of the game. However, being able to heal faster than taking a hit? That takes little to no skill, you're getting rewarded. Ruin was only good because it made survivors look for it which made them run around early in game which made it easier for the killer. So did it need to be changed, yes. I don't think this change is it though. Maybe if I could combo it with surge or still kick a gen for extra regression. But imagine this with Brand new parts and lots of tool boxes. This is just punishing low rank killers or new killers because they don't know how to pressure a map and are more likely to tunnel or camp. My pessimistic side said they're punishing new killers in favor of four survivors. My optimistic side said that they're going to come out with a new perk that'll be better than ruin

For the OP: My overall mood on this is that it’s completely dumb to quit over a perk being changed (imo for the worse) however I do agree that the developers have a killer bias. I don’t blame them, it makes them more money to support the 80% rather than 20%.
However the game WILL die if the killers leave.

it's like how there have been 50 million SWF threads then the devs reveal killers were crying over not even a 50% average escape rate.
