So, I don't mind Ghostface too much, but the game has been getting really boring considering he is all anyone is playing. Glad they are having fun, but when I'm playing survivor I've been finding it increasingly boring....
Not sure what all can be done about it though, I'll probably just stop playing survivor for a while and come back to it after the next update when it will be Doctor and Oni and such more often I imagine.

he's somewhat viable while being fun to play. thats becoming such a rarity these days, especially since the previous offenders like spirit have been getting nerfed. Expect James to get nerfed soon too because survivors "aren't having fun against him."
Never forget, not even legion was safe, and they werent even that good to begin with.

Well you see, True said Ghostface is good so now everyone must run him. ######### it I'd rather play against Ghosty boy than fixed spirit/freddy. Just run spinechill you already know you'll be fighting nothing but ghosty boy

The thing that scares me is that Wraith will probably somehow, in some universe, be worthy of nerfs for the same reason.
I've always loved bing bong boi, but he's never been strong. True finally found a rather strong way to play him, but he is still not a strong killer. I can almost guarantee his popularity from True's streams will cause him to "overperform."

Yeah at least half of them have had Noed, it seems to be the thing.
We had a few that camped and tunneled and were toxic in chat as well, just in general been a fairly unfun experience usually with them.

Noed is "a crutch perk", but it still has more late game presence than neo-ruin (which is when its intended to work :) )

Oh it's not a problem we expect it so we break all the totems; it's just every game is the same...ghost face with noed....It gets boring.
Same as killer, only map you pretty much get is Bedham Preschool because of it's variants, it gets boring (and frustrating for certain killers)

Maybe if more than a few killers were viable and not left to rot in low-tier, you wouldn't be having this problem.

part of the reason why so many bad killers cling to noed is because they feel like the game ends way too fast, so they need it to try to catch up and secure at least 1-2 kills (remember kids, 50% is the target! any more is overperforming ^_^ )
so in the end, they have a chance at getting their balance-affirming 2k, and the survivors get a joke easy game where they can't teabag at the gates for an hour, only half an hour :)

This is the nerf design problem. Rather than fix or buff stuff to counter you nerf. It's no longer fun and everyone just moves on to the next. Until the power creep is horribly sided.

I'm assuming you're on PC but it is the same for console as well. For red ranks at least. I stopped playing because he's so busted and queue times aren't worth that.

The fact that we, as the playerbase, are terrified of killer nerfs is sad. The devs really need to fix this... people are gonna start dropping. I went from a daily player to maybe once a week. :(

Yeah, yet if you play them and struggle greatly to win a match, if you get so much as one kill just barely they will teabag you at the exit gates and taunt you and trash on you in post game chat for not being good enough. That's what you get for not playing like a top tier killer with a mori I guess?

Ever notice how all survivors pick a survivor to play? How boring, they all do the same thing. Fix a gen, clean a totem un-hook a friend. I wish survivors would pick survivors who weren't survivors so it wouldn't be the same old boring match game after game.

I can't exactly blame survivors. They are constantly rewarded and assured that their toxic BHVR won't be punished and is in fact strengthed patch after patch.

I believe Ghostface is the easiest to play from all the rest, is why everyone is using him, (beside him being the second to last new killer), he got the stealth ability. Ghostface have the ability to see and get around a bit more quickly. Unlike Mike Myers, I feel like ghostface mobility is a bit more open and free. Mike mobility is a bit more stiff and slow.
I'm not going to lie, I just started being the killer for about a month. I use to be scare of being the killer because I know I would suck. One day it seemed like everyone wanted to be ghostface. It was pissing me off, like how the hell he know where I'm at. How can he get me with out me seeing him, why is he so fast, why he have no heartbeat. So I decided to be him and saw how easy it was to be him. He can move around freely and quickly. Sorry to say, ghostface became my main killer.

I am a Killer Main on DBD. I don't enjoy playing as Survivor, but I do understand them. What they're doing to killers now with the current string of nerfs is removing perks that help players ease into a killer rather than removing the genuine problem that Survivors had no proper way to counter the current anti-meta. Even now, it's all about Gen rushing, and Hex: Ruin nerf just makes it worse. Not gonna lie, been finding the speed of the matches both daunting and rather taking the fun out of the game. As the Killer, you should be carefully hunting your prey, not forced to bullrush them. As Survivor, you shouldn't have to only rush gens to be victorious. I honestly think what DBD suffers from right now is the constant use of the same formula. They need to make more match types so people appreciate when the game is balanced...
