Like Solidarity, but for gens. And the exhaustion is taken away?
I play both survivor and killer, and I don’t have any complaints on any perks especially this one, but it’s one I see killer mains complain about a lot.
Thoughts?

It's late, what's Solidarity do again?
My thought on the perk is to just split it. If you're injured and it activates, you get one health stack back. If you're at full health, you get the sprint boost.

Adrenaline is a powerful perk that is still countered by noed; however, it is very situational to use and you may never use it in some matches.
I don’t think it should be touched.
Or the very least makes you not exhausted.
