Kate Cosmetics

So I haven't been around that long (maybe since may/june) but Kate came along and I declared her my bae right away. Since then I was waiting for cosmetics for her to arrive but got nothing until this event showed up providing us with this lazy and rather disappointing top ( not worthy of being a purple tier tbh). So do they usually take ages to provide characters with cosmetics? After seeing all the new skirts all the girls have been getting im jealous :<

    She's a licensed character. It's not as simple as drawing up new clothes.

    I imagine she doesn't have many right now because she is the latest Survivor. It makes more sense to add things to someone like Meg as she is one of the most frequently used characters.
