Insta heals not working either
Same issue like with dead hard. U pop it (purple addon) before the killer even swings and the killer downs u anyway. Medkit consumed, the BT icon on the right ticking down. Thanks for nothing.

You activated it too late
If you get hit the same time you activate DH or the purple UR, you will get the exhausted/endurance effect, but nothing will happen

Yeah, both of the rarest medkit addons are super clunky to use, hopefully we'll get some fixes someday.

Well "nothing" is not 100% accurate ;) I still lose my medkit and addon for nothing lol
Idk, imo this and dead hard need some special treatment in terms of latency, its really bad since the dedicated servers :/

They should fix dedicated servers and that issue would probably get fixed from that alone maybe

I hope so, it's getting very annoying at this point. It can be really game changing if something like that happens and no matter what role you play, getting BHVRed is something everyone hates. Either they fix servers or set new priorities in the hit detection system when insta heals or dead hards come into the play.
