theres no specific release date but honestly hope there’s a few tweaks made for the upcoming chapter. ruin shouldn’t be nerfed in my opinion. it’s really a useless perk now and made everything more unbalanced so not really looking forward to the release of this patch

It is actually really good as long as it doesn't break just like old ruin. You hook 1 guy and start chasing another that is only 1 guy working on a gen and other gens are regressing to hell. Also surveillance + ruin is really f ing good since I already use it on mobile killers lol I am even happier

When has ruin ever been a good perk never it's just a crutch we all use as killer because we can't pressure gens

They even put the public poll some hours after the ptb started

Keep in mind that at this point depending on your rank and survivor rank (let's say rank 3) at least one gen would allready be done or 3 gens are currently at 50% aka 40 seconds have elapsed since a survivors has started to work on a gen meaning by the time you hook the survivor the others will have sat there for 50 seconds meaning that the 2 other survivors if you chase one are just going to power through the two gens and get an unhook while you are currently in your second chase meanign you will most likely get one kill at most unless you are playing a meta Killer.

There is no officially confirmed date - Peanits has said it will happen "at least" two weeks after the PTB began on the 7th, but the 21st is looking to be the most likely.
