That Oni dude is really creepy.
So I returned (just to check him out), luck had it, he was my second matchup. Now what the flip is that power? I get he absorbs blood and becomes a slower Billy, but my god, he's so creepy.
Those roars, his ability to counter windows, insane. Also his idle roar when he goes into flames scared the crap out of me.
Nice job on designing devs, he looks incredible.
Also, how do I counter him? Properly, I mean. Right now my skill as Killer is around Rank 10, and as Survivor is a solid rank 20. So, how do I counter that monster? (Again, I love his design though.)

Just run around a rock when he activates his power. Same as LF when he was first released.

Generally if the Oni is sentient running around clutter is a death sentence.
