Surge and PGTW works together?

I know this seems like an easy answer which is no, but hear me out. I just watched Otz's newest video (The forbidden Legion Technique) and at the timestamp of 3:03 to 3:07 you can see he is running, Thrilling Tremors, Thantaphobia, Surge, and PGTW, but during this same time frame his pop has around 30 seconds left then at the 3:07 time he downs the Yui and Surge applies to the gens within 32 meters but his pop expires as if it was also applied. So im wondering if that is a bug or if it is actually intended.

    I mean if this was a legit combo thatd be cool but its probably bugged.

    They nonbo, you can't kick a gen after it gets surged

    have you watched the video at the timestamp I gave? since that is the source of what i saw

    its bugged.... I asked devs about it and his response was report it to bug section.. waw thank you then for solving problem ...


    but if surge is still in cd the pop is not wasted.. hopefully they will fix it in few years right ?

    seems like this bug is not ANNOYING TO PLAY AGAINST so theres no point to fix it :)

    Watched the video, its not SUPPOSE to work like that. That was one of the biggies I was thinking of (as well as many others) when surge was originally released. I'd just chalk it up to it being a bug that wont be around for long. Not sure if that Pop actually got USED or if the timer was simply ended early.
