How I can see better killer's red light?
Hi, I saw videos of people that the red light in front of the killer was very brightness, but in my screen, when I play, I can't see it perfectly.
Also in the videos the red light cross walls.
For example, I saw on videos of "Ayrun", that he can see perfectly the light.
P.S: srry for my spelling

What setting do you have on your monitor/tv?

I heard they tinker with some files to make the red light larger or some crap so it sticks out through walls making it harder to mind game. If it's true I don't know why its still not Bannable

How old are those videos? The game has changed, and the way the red light works has changed a little over the years.

I’d tinker with your monitor’s settings if possible. Also, side note: If you’re playing for long sessions, lower the brightness, you won’t get headaches as frequently. Also, if you have a PC, look into GeForce Experience (if you have a Nvidia Graphics Card).
Modifying your game files however is a do-at-your-own-risk type of thing, so just keep that in my mind when doing so. BHVR won’t be unable to unban you if you get banned by Easy Anti-Cheat.

You should be able to see red light through wall, if not you probably need to adjust your tv/monitor

The thing is that the red light can Cross the walls for some people.
I think there is a combination of resolution and quality inside the Game right? Or just a texture pack?

You don't need to do anything with the ini files lol
- Use Low quality setting from the in-game menu / 100% Resolution and Auto-Adjust unchecked.
- Your monitor likely has color options such as Warm / Cool / Neutral etc. I suggest using Neutral for monitor settings and doing the adjusting via videocard control panel.
- Use your videocards control panel and adjust the contrast, brightness, gamma and especially the Digital Vibrance / Saturation levels. You can even tweak the Red Blue Green levels individually.
- Windows 10 has 3 built in color blind filters. The Red-green (green weak, deuteranopia) colorblindness filter really makes the red stain pop and works well in DbD especially on top of cranking up Digital Vibrance.
- ReShade has a ton of amazing filters and it is also white-listed by EAC
I would suggest running the Survivor tutorial because it only takes about 2 minutes to get to the part where the trapper is behind the wall swinging at you because you can see the red stain while doing various adjustments until you get it the way you want it, I usually run him to the far side so the stain is splashing up the wall and around me. It'll save you a lot of time :)
