Purchased Teachable perks only appear on the bloodweb after lvl 30??
Playing on PS4. Just bought my 1st teachable with shards with a lvl ~22 character. It won't appear in any characters bloodweb until after lvl 30? Thanks

It can appear earlier, as early as level 1 on a new survivor is possible.

Hmmm when I bought it I had over 100K BP, so on that lvl 22 I upgraded 2 times and nothing, 2 other characters leveled up each once and nothing. Normal? How long will I have to wait? I feel like this was a waste.

It depends if you have prestiged a character then it can become available at level 1. If you've not yet reached the the level of the teachable perk eyt then you 've got to hit that level 1st.

The teachable perks are a reward for achieving the final levels of a character. Once the teachable perks have been unlocked, those perks are added to the general pool of perks for all characters. The general pool of perks have no level requirement. So once they're unlocked, you can get them as soon as level 1 on a new character.

You can get all characters to level 50, unlock all the teachable perks along the way, and then just go into unlimited new blood-webs after that and get the perks from other characters that way, without prestige on anyone.
