Is the DC penalty players get if they are AFK a shadow patch or unintented? Possibly a way to force bots into the match?

Tome 10 ''Generate Fear'' challenge bugged.
Tried to do the ''Generate Fear'' challenge on Tome 10 where you have to hit survivors 10 meters of a generator. Already did it 5 times in the match and it wont complete. PC (Steam) player.

Only one Drone bug.
