Ruin question
How much time is actually lost per normal skill check while working on a gen. I think its 7 seconds, while one of the streamers I watch thinks its 4 or 5 seconds. 5% regression on a 80 second gen is 4 seconds, while the actual pause is about 3. So that means to me its 7 seconds total. Is this wrong, or right or what?
