I think the cooldown is fine, and I've never played as Ghoul. Only against My biggest issue is that the Ghoul can use its ability on you through objects. That needs to be fixed.-3 -

Either, it's a bug, or cheaters are still able to mimic being on other platforms. Only the two logical explanations I can come up with.-2
