If Killers had separate ranks, this wouldn't be an issue, in my opinion. And it would make a lot more sense if they did anyway, so that might be a possible solution.1 -

Not sure what you mean, I think most people use cosmetics in this game - all the time. Maybe you're playing with many new players who don't have any yet?7
