The idea that by having more perks you need more perk slots. The number of perk slots was never influenced by the availability of perks but by balance, which should be obvious imo3 -

If you get an initial hit on the healthy survivor you can use it on them.. Haven't had problems with that. I'm using BBQ, sloppy, stridor and rancor and it's rare someone escapes. Mayb…4 -
