You need to time in perfectly because if you blind while the killer is still in the animation and cannot move it wont work. You should try to find a YouTube video on how to time flashlight saving6 -

Yeah I would like it because when i was new i got some pretty bad perks (no mither all of aces perks)and now those perks wont stop appearing in my bloodwebs and its really getting on my nerves now2
