A neat idea would probably be a very small sum of auric cells and loads of iridescent shards for the cosmetic shop, but an exclusive cosmetic would be cool to see as well.1 -

I feel as if that the gas should interrupt actions, such as healing and repairing, until the effect wears off. It wouldn't make sense to be repairing a generator or healing wounds while coughing…2 -

Probably would be a better solution than reworking the perk entirely, but I still feel the need for it to be limited. I'd settle for this to see how it would work out, though.1
