Yes, as someone who has played a lot of Legion, they are incredibly underwhelming. The main issues with Legion are the 4-second fatigue and the 5.2 m/s frenzy speed. Getting outran by a freaking surv…3 -

No, but blessing a hex totem takes much longer to account for the time it would've taken to cleanse it.3
