idk what animal you saw making a lot of noise when hunting. They are usually stealthy and trying to make little to no noise while on a hunt, not screaming, gurgling and panting1 -

Also, you can't really see the sickness progress between 30% - 60% since the survivor portrait is covering it when playing survivor. Same with Freddy and Ghostface. It's pretty frustrating1 -
