he should also move slower when using it, only have a 2% chance of downing the survivor, and upon downing the survivor, he blows up and the game is deleted from the user.. sounds balanced1 -

i was told to slit my wrist cuz i camped, i then proceeded to ask him what i was supposed to do if i saw scratch marks near the hook, run to the other side of the map? i never got a response. lol1 -
